ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE & DRESS CARE
What’s Covered
Your hire includes protection for minor accidental damage that occurs during normal wear, such as:
• Small stains
• Minor fabric pulls
• Broken zips or clasps
• Loose beads or stitching
If the damage can be professionally repaired, we’ll take care of it.
What’s Not Covered
You may be charged the full replacement value of the dress if:
• The dress is lost or not returned
• Damage is irreparable
• Fabric is torn beyond repair
• Permanent stains occur (including fake tan, oil, wine, bleach, ink)
• The dress is altered, cut, pinned, or modified
• Damage results from misuse or excessive wear
Cleaning
• Do not wash or dry clean the dress yourself
• Professional cleaning is included
• Additional charges may apply if specialist treatment is required due to excessive soiling
Responsibility
You are responsible for the dress from the time it is received until it is returned and inspected.
Replacement Value
Each dress has a listed replacement value, which may be charged if the dress is lost or cannot be repaired.
Our Approach
We assess all damage fairly and will contact you before applying any charges. Accidents happen - we aim to be reasonable.
