Shipping policy

If you select the delivery option, Hire with LD is not responsible or liable for any postage delays, as this is the fault of a third party (Australia Post).

All items are posted out at least 3 days prior to the booking date to ensure your items are delivered (This 3 day period may change based on Australia Post delivery times). 

In the case of a late delivery, we can issue you a store credit of the price you paid, minus the delivery fee. To be eligible for store credit, the outfit must be posted back the same day that it's delivered via EXPRESS post. 

If Australia Post is unable to deliver the parcel to your house, it is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the parcel from the Post Office in time for their event. Store credits and refunds will not be issued under any circumstance as this is the customer’s responsibility.
